From the start, GlassWorks will offer consulting to determine the best systems and solutions for your particular application and business model. With nearly 20 years of laser engraving experience, GlassWorks sales representatives and technicians will provide quick and accurate answers to any questions you may have. And on-going support is readily available via phone, email and remote login service. Located in California, we are only a phone call away.

Training and assistance

Training you and your staff can be accomplished here at our location or we can send a technician to your location, whichever you prefer. Training times range from 1 to 3 days depending on the system types and applications.

Technical service

Cericom (formerly Cerion) products are engineered and manufactured in Germany and are extremely reliable and nearly maintenance-free. Even after hours, we provide fast and reliable service for all technical questions and issues. Through our technical hotline, which is available also on weekends and holidays. Using our efficient remote maintenance system via the Internet, we can detect possible errors and can often correct them as well. We thereby guarantee minimum downtimes and quick availability to our customers.
