Surface Laser Engraving
Surface laser engraved architectural glass produced by GlassWorks with CERION laser systems have both aesthetic and practical advantages of other processes, such as sandblasting. Laser surface engraving provides a far greater level of detail than sandblasting and provides an ability to produced half-toned gray scale images and designs. The proprietary surface laser engraving process from CERION lasers also produces an extremely small amount of waste and a glass surface which can be more easily cleaned than by sandblasting because it is not as porous.
