High Definition Surface and Sub-surface Laser Engraving
CERION laser offers advanced technology for both sub-surface and surface engraving of glass, crystal and other transparent materials. With over a decade of development, CERION systems are extremely reliable, require very little maintenance and create incredibly detailed 2D and 3D sub-surface images in glass as well as full grayscale images on glass.
CERION sub-surface systems start with the c-jet2, our smallest system engineered specifically for engraving of crystal products ranging from a small keychain all the way up to a large 11.8” crystal award and any size in between. This system also allows for multi-mode operation so that multiple crystals can be engraved in a batch, even if there is a different image and/or personalization in each crystal.
By adding the CERION 3D camera solution, “c-cam”, you can also have a complete turn-key retail operation, scanning up to 4 people in a single sitting and then engraving and finishing a 3D crystal in a short amount of time.
For large scale crystal production, the CERION c-professional is the answer. With a much larger engraving area than the c-jet2 at 29.5” x 62.9”, much larger crystals can be engraved or much larger batches for unattended overnight production.
CERION’s largest systems are the c-matrix and c-vertica series systems. These systems can be equipped with sub-surface, surface or both engraving technologies in certain models for optimal capabilities when working with large format flat glass. The c-vertica systems can engrave glass in sizes all the way up to 10’ tall by 44’ wide (3.3 meters x 13.5 meters) . Additionally, these systems can be equipped with automatic operation and glass storage modules so that they can operate unattended 24/7.
