CERION systems from the smallest c-jet to the largest c-vertica and engineered and built in Germany to the highest standards. CERION systems are extremely clean to operate. For sub-surface systems there are no byproducts and are virtually maintenance free. For surface engraving systems glass particles are collected with a built in filtration systems that vents clean air. No more time consuming masking and after processing cleanup is required like that of traditional sandblasting. And no plastics, inks, solvents or chemicals are used or produced which is great for the environment.
Virtually maintenance free operation is achieved through a thorough understanding and experience in each area of engraving technology. When operated in a clean environment the only regular maintenance required is cleaning of the optics, a simple process.
Compared to satin finished glass or sandblasted glass, another major benefit of CERION surface technology is that the glass surface remains non-porous and easy to clean. And for the sub-surface engraving, the glass surface is not effected whatsoever.
